Where are your stores located?

We have facilities in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. If you’d like to make an appointment to view our Sleepwell products, please visit our contact page.

Delivery and Installation

All Sleepwell beds are delivered and installed across Australia with the exception of Tasmania. Our service includes installation, dismantle of existing bed upon request, an explanation of the Sleepwell bed controls and removal of all boxing and plastics. For warranty purposes we prefer to ensure everything is done correctly and avoid unnecessary stress for our clients.

Drop Shipping Beds only

We will drop ship to clients in regions outside the Australian Mainland.

What size options do you offer for the adjustable beds?

We cater to every size imaginable and offer some of the biggest electric adjustable beds in the world. We include all sizing options on our Adjustable Beds page underneath each product.

NDIS and Home Care Packages

Together with your occupational therapist/provider we can offer greater flexibility, shorter lead times and make available the widest choice of quality product. For more information, please visit our NDIS page.

Do you offer a finance plan?

We offer zero interest repayment plans up to 48 months. If you are on a pension/low income we have a duty of care to ensure that this is affordable and reserve the right to whom we sell to.

What kind of mattresses do you offer?

There are many types of mattresses available for adjustable beds. All clients have a choice of premium mattress (compressed memory foam/pocket spring or hybrid). Many couples opt for a His and Hers mattress which allows separate control. All adjustable beds have a mattress inclusive of cost.

How do I buy an adjustable bed from The Sleepwell Company?

Does my bed include pillows or linen?

All Sleepwell Company clients receive either 1 or 2 Luxury linen sets with there beds. This includes fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow slips. We also stock a range of premium pillows.
